Thomas Davis Stoker was born on October 16, 1998, in Marshall, Texas to Carmen Stoker – McCray. Despite spending majority of his childhood in Arlington, Texas, Thomas would later return to the East Texas area – where he would later receive his high school diploma from Axtell Independent School District. He was a devoted member of Faith Pointe Church of Christ in Fort Worth, Texas before moving back to East Texas and becoming a member of the Westside Church of Christ. Thomas resided in Houston, Texas at the time of his unexpected departure. As a man of many passions and hobbies, Thomas encountered many people throughout his life who would eventually become likely family to him. during any given holiday, Thomas could be found with his family, celebrating, and creating memories. On June 9, 2022, Thomas’s life was tragically ended at the age of 23 years old.
Thomas is preceded in death by his father, Michael McCray; grandfather, Billy Fred Else; and uncles, Brandon Else and Reginald Else.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Carmen Stoker-McCray; sisters, Brittany Brazile, Mi’Keyla McCray and Akeira Britten; brothers, Taylon McCray and Aiden Stoker; nieces, Ariyan, Avianna, and Arianna; grandmother, Emera Dean McCowan; nephews, Assiah, Mikal, and Jamar; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
