Obituary for Brenda Miles

Brenda LaFaye Miles was born on April 22, 1948 to the parents of Willie Williams, Sr. and Annie B. Williams. She was the oldest daughter.

Brenda attended Carver Elementary and went on to graduate from Pemberton Sr. High in 1966. She joined Greater Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church at an early age, her membership still holds there today.

Los Angeles County Courthouse, T.R. W Reda Pump, Central Flight System, Mineral Wells, Texas; C.C.A. Correctional Institution as a Probation Officer in Midland, Texas.

Brenda would move to a new city, and make it her home. She could task anything placed before her. She was smart and intelligent. As her mother began to age, she decided to move back and help care for her.

She married Eroyce Miles in 1981. To this union no children were born, but together they raised his nephew, Jamori Lewis Miles as their own.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 4 brothers, Emitte, Billy, Willie and Edwin.

Brenda’s memory will be cherished by her husband Eroyce Miles and Nephew-son, Jamori Miles; siblings, Glendell (Patricia) Williams, Wenda Epps, Vernetta (William) Davidson, Jackie (Chester) Culberson; 8 sisters-in-law; 7 brothers-in-law; a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
